- Designing and developing the content to be delivered.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in insurance training.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Graduate degree (ITES background preferred).
- International training exposure is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
