Assistant Manager- Training (Voice/Accent)- Indore (4+ year experience)

Responsibilities:
Driving and improving English Communication (verbal, written, chat, email).
Conducting TNI &TNA Programs through NPS/CSAT/EOE/Quality analysis and floor interventions as per the requirement.
Managing NPS through Agent Skill Mapping & Development.
Managing SLA for all Floor Interventions.
Training New Hires on Written Communication, Customer Service and Cultural agreement.
Preparing site related management reports, WBR, MBR.
Analysing & identifying Internal & external customer requirements through data analysis and training.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate.
Candidate must have experience of BPO industry/Floor Support/Training.
Candidates with Celta certification will be preferred.
Candidate must have excellent, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, counselling, motivating and development skills.
