Associate/ AVP - Investment Banking Benchmarking

Summary - You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the research efforts focused on investment banking benchmarks and market analysis. Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of research projects aimed at benchmarking analysis for investment banking clients.
- Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and project outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of sophisticated models to estimate key performance metrics and market trends in the investment banking industry.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance research capabilities and client offerings.
- Act as a key liaison between the research team and clients, effectively communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2-12 years of experience in investment banking research or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative analysis, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and industry research within the investment banking sector.
