Responsibilities-
Identifying & developing relationships with distribution partners.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with partners.
Taking ownership of DMS, including monitoring billing, and closing stocks.
Traveling regularly to visit distributors, & evaluating their performance.
Implementing & overseeing incentive schemes for distributors.
Requirements-
6+ years of experience in channel development.
Strong understanding of market & industry trends.
Manage & expand distribution channel.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work with data managing & reporting.
