One with prior exposure of compensation and benefits and into reward and performance management would be preferred.
One with prior exposure of consulting would be preferred.
LOCATION:Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
YOUR EMPLOYER: Leading asset management & customer solution organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person would be responsible for participating in market surveys and preparing compensation data for PPMS and
responsible for analysing market survey data, mapping it against PPMS roles.
The person would be responsible for insuring timely and accurate processing of Increments and Bonus independently for PPMS employees.
They would be responsible for refreshing and updating Total Rewards.
They will be responsible for managing payroll management for all the employees.
They will be responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits and Rewards.
Responsible for compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Full time MBA from tier 1 Institute.
Responsible for managing rewards for the employees.
One with prior exposure of managing C&B and Rewards.
