Deputy Manager – ML & AI – 5+ Years – PAN India

An excellent opportunity for AI/ML professionals with 5+ years of experience in model development, MLOps, and production monitoring. If you have a strong background in machine learning, model fine-tuning, and building scalable AI monitoring pipelines, this role will allow you to drive innovation and efficiency in advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and business alignment.
  2. Rigorously evaluate and test models, maintaining high quality and reliability in data-driven outcomes.
  3. Streamline processes to reduce time-to-market and scale AI initiatives effectively.
  4. Implement and maintain ML monitoring pipelines to detect data drift, concept drift, and performance degradation.
  5. Integrate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, and Neptune.ai.
  6. Define and manage retraining triggers, model versioning, and ensure observability across ML lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model development.
  2. Strong expertise in model fine-tuning, quality assurance, and production monitoring.
  3. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Evidently AI, WhyLabs, Prometheus + Grafana, or cloud-native solutions (AWS SageMaker Monitor, GCP Vertex AI, Azure Monitor).
  4. Familiarity with MLOps platforms and CI/CD integration.
  5. Innovative mindset with the ability to scale AI initiatives and keep up with industry trends.
