Group Manager - AI/ML - 10+ Years - PAN India

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with client advanced analytics teams to identify, scope, and execute projects addressing key business needs.
  2. Lead development of analytical solutions across pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and operations domains.
  3. Stay updated on latest statistical, mathematical, and informatics methodologies, applying new methods effectively.
  4. Drive POC development to standardize modeling processes and build internal capabilities.
  5. Provide strategic leadership to grow team expertise and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Deliver presentations to senior clients in delivery and sales situations, showcasing analytics impact.

Requirements:

  1. B.Tech/Master’s in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
  2. 10–14 years of experience in AI/ML with proven team leadership and client engagement.
  3. Proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Text Mining, NLP, Bayesian Models.
  4. Hands-on experience with neural network architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers) and Generative AI (LLMs such as GPT, LangChain, Llama Index).
  5. Strong expertise in Omni-Channel Analytics and Pharma CRM data for next-best action modeling.
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide teams independently.
