Deputy Manager- Data Analytics - 5+ years - Gurgaon
Urgent hiring for a data analytics role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL, VBA and python programming. An incumbent with the domain expertise of Health & Insurance will be a right fit.

Roles & Responsibilities
Strong Data Management skills by gathering data from multiple source systems, cleaning, consolidating and transforming it into key insights.
Exploratory Data Analysis, Reporting key metrics and analyzing disparate data sets together for patterns and insights.
Performing Quality Assurance (QA) on datasets such as data accuracy, data logic, and data comparison with dashboards.
Automating the process of capturing data from different sources, cleaning, and creating insights.
Understanding of insurance claims, policies, terminologies, health risks, and wellbeing is an advantage
Requirements -
BE/B Tech in Computer Science or Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Maths or Statistics
Up to 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in the Data Analytics team.
Hands-on exp. In Excel (advanced excel knowledge building macros, VBA- expert, R/Python- Intermediate) and a good understanding of BI tools Qlik Sense or power BI/ Tableau.
Proficiency in extracting data from multiple data sources Web, PDF, Excel, or any database with broad working knowledge of methodologies used for analytics is required.
