Here is an exciting opportunity for the position of Digital Marketing Manager with at least 8 years of experience and will be to support in onboarding milestones and day-to-day management of the GCoE Digital Marketing Team, which supports Digital Experience capabilities.
Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities-
Day-to-day management and oversight of MA and Web Ops resources.
maintaining work schedules and oversight of time off requests, staffing conflicts and resourcing along with direct support of management.
Monitors and regularly assesses overall team and individual performance.
Actively participates in individual team members’ performance reviews, providing regular feedback.
Coordinates with GCoE team resources to ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with standard practices / guidelines and defined service level agreements.
Requirements-
MBA or equivalent in Marketing
8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of demonstrated team management experience, including depth of knowledge in Marketing Automation, Web.
Understanding and experience with digital marketing tools.
Professional and conversational fluency in English is a must, with excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
