Business Development Manager – Global Sales – B2B SaaS – Gurgaon / Middle East - 5+ Years

An exciting opportunity for professionals with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/technology product sales, client engagement, and new business development across international markets. We are hiring for two distinct roles – one focused exclusively on the Middle East region and the other on APAC, LATAM, and South Asia.

Location: Middle East, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Your Future Employer:  A pioneer and market leader in full-stack e-GTM (electronic Go-To-Market) SaaS solutions, enabling large enterprises across 18+ countries to digitally transform their sales and distribution ecosystems.

Responsibility

  1. Establish new B2B relationships and act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives of local enterprise ecosystem, with proven success in product-based B2B SaaS sales.
  2. Must be physically present in the Middle East – e.g., Dubai, Riyadh, or other major cities. OR Experience selling SaaS/technology products in markets like Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and LATAM.
  3. Identify decision-makers, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle to drive new revenue.
  4. Work with internal teams and external networks to penetrate key accounts and unlock growth opportunities.
  5. Serve as the key point of contact between the client and internal teams to ensure top-tier service and long-term success.
  6. Understand client challenges and propose consultative, SaaS-based solutions aligned to their needs.
  7. Create and execute effective strategies to connect with hard-to-reach prospects.
  8. Build and expand business in targeted international regions:

Requirements

  1. Graduate with a post-graduate degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
  2. Strong background From B2B SAAS industry in consultative B2B sales, preferably targeting large enterprise clients.
  3. Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and business acumen.
