Role: Human Resource Manager
Location: Thane, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Implement talent acquisition strategies
Lead the design & implementation of training processes till execution and feedback analysis
Maintain accurate data of own position and actively contribute in organizational processes (i.e. management reporting, New joiners’ induction & training)
Actively participate Salary structuring on regular basis
Streamline/Improvise existing feedback process. Includes project site visits to take feedback of consultants
What you need to have:
5-6 years of experience in managing end to end HR functions
MBA in HR from XLRI or TISS
Experience in KPO / Consulting will be an added advantage
