Responsibilities:
- One would be responsible for enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse.
- One who understands the business context and builds the relevant HR capabilities around that.
- Maintaining HR Service Delivery framework, act as a culture & change agent.
- A Business Partnering Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters and fostering strong partnerships to drive business success.
- Talent Management: Spearhead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by effectively managing employee relations issues and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Drive performance excellence through the design and implementation of robust performance management systems and processes.
- Learning and Development: Champion continuous learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting both individual and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain or related industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive impactful change
