Manager - Employer Branding - Campus Hiring - 6+ Years - Mumbai

We are looking for a passionate Employer Branding professional to develop and execute branding strategies that enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice. This is a dynamic and creative role responsible for digital campaigns, on-ground events, partnerships, and employee engagement programs.

Location – Mumbai (Head Office)

Responsibilities –

1. Design and manage online and offline employer branding campaigns for students and professionals.
2. Lead brand activation events such as innovation challenges and campus initiatives.
3. Collaborate with HR, TA, Communications, and global teams to align branding narratives.
4. Curate digital content and assets for the India careers website and social media platforms.
5. Promote HR programs internally to increase advocacy and employee engagement.
6. Partner with external publishers and HR platforms to drive brand visibility.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, HR, or a related field.
2. 3–4 years of experience in Employer Branding and/or Marketing.
3. Strong experience with social media platforms, content creation, and brand strategy.
4. Proven track record in organizing on-ground activations and digital campaigns.
5. Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
