Internal Audit & Investigations – Governance, Risk & Compliance - CA | 2–3 Years | Manufacturing Sector - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Investigations, to join a leading organization in the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening internal controls, improving governance, and supporting digital transformation within the audit function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute operational, conformance, investigative, and management audits across branch, factory, commercial, and non-operating areas.

  2. Review SOPs for all audited activities and recommend improvements to enhance process control.

  3. Document process flowcharts, collect and organize policies and procedures, and maintain accurate audit workpapers.

  4. Leverage digital audit tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx) to increase audit efficiency and quality.

  5. Conduct audits and investigations to assess statutory compliance, control effectiveness, and accounting accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

  2. 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, or Compliance, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.

  3. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  4. Ability to conduct risk-based audits, evaluate segregation of duties, and support compliance initiatives.

  5. Working knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools like SQL and Alteryx.
