Responsibilities - 

1. Lead and oversee SOX control testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement audit strategies, testing methodologies, and corrective actions.
3. Provide expert insights on internal controls and risk assessment across business functions.
4. Mentor and guide an internal team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and best practices related to SOX and internal audit.
6. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the execution of action plans.

Requirements - 

1. Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in internal audit and risk management.
2. Strong command over SOX compliance and risk assessment frameworks.
3. Proven expertise in financial control, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, COSO framework, and corporate governance.
6. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA, or equivalent) preferred.
