Manager/ Sr Manager- HRBP- 10+ Years - Pune/ Mumbai/ Bangalore

A strategic HRBP opportunity for a seasoned professional to support a fast-paced global technology business unit. This role offers the chance to drive people strategies, talent planning, and organizational change for a dynamic and growing automation team.

Responsibilities –

  1. Drive HR effectiveness by planning and monitoring strategic HR projects for the business unit.

  2. Lead implementation of strategic talent management, including movement, development, and L&D initiatives.

  3. Contribute to the people plan focused on diversity, culture, leadership, and employee engagement.

  4. Support change management processes and organizational transformation initiatives.

  5. Improve team performance through inclusive leadership practices and talent alignment.

Requirements –

  1. Master’s degree in Human Resources.

  2. 13+ years overall HR experience with 10+ years in core HRBP roles in ITES/tech setups.

  3. Strong experience in talent strategy, change enablement, and leadership development.

  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

  5. Proven track record in managing HR projects independently with agility and analytical strength.
