The individual shall be responsible for supporting the organization in its sales & business development agenda via identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding critical business strategies of the customers.

- Creating & presenting strategies to achieving revenue goals and growing the market share for the tool in India and APAC.
- Working with demand generation team on setting up demos and solutioning consistently to win business
- Acquiring the logos for new business development
- Developing mutually beneficial and trusting relationships with clients
- Achieving demand generation & revenue targets goals
- Should be able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audience.
- 8-10 years of experience a combination of B2B , enterprise sales , SAAS Sales or consultative sales . Experience in LMS shall be preferred
- Strategic thinking
- Demonstrated history of driving the sales process from plan to close
- Strong analytic and problem abilities
- Good presentation and communication skills are essential
