Responsibilities:
Managing the sales team/associates and achieving the sales target.
Designing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base.
Building and promoting strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Leading sales team recruitment, coaching, monitoring performance, presenting reports, and identify emerging markets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years experience in the financial industry or fintech sector
Should have a demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultants, exchange companies, etc.
Expertise in AD2 sales with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Forex, outward remittance, and the markets with an analytic mind and willingness to work in the tech environment.
