Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
2. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
3. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
5. Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting roles.
3. Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
