  4. Comprehend and apply econometric models for industry and market assessments.

Requirements –

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.

  2. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, specifically in Chennai and other major South Indian cities.

  3. Advanced knowledge of financial principles and terms with proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.

  5. Strong logical reasoning, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
