Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Trade Support (Aladdin) - Middle Office - 2+ Years

Looking for a professional to hire for Middle Office Operations for Trade Support working in Asset Management domain. The incumbent should be well versed with Aladdin tool. If you are the one with right skills, please read on!

Location- Pune

Shift- 6PM- 3AM or 4PM- 1AM

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Providing extensive operational support for Fixed Income trades
2. Ensuring complete trade communication from internal trading systems to external counterparts

1. Managing trade confirmation, trade settlements and the resolution of all post settlement discrepancies with brokers and custodians
2. Assisting with resolving position and cash breaks
3. Ensuring timely review and resolution for trade processing, trade notification & settlement and portfolio accounting related discrepancies
4. Facilitating new business on-boarding with internal and external parties and ensure new funds and trade flows are set up timely and accurately for trading

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, B.S or B.A
2. Asset Management experience is a must

1. Experience with Aladdin a MUST and Bloomberg experience a plus
2. Knowledge and understanding of fixed income and investment grade products, physical settlements, DTC and Euroclear settlements required
3. High proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel a strong plus
4. Team player who is result oriented, risk savvy and would like to make a career from Operations
5. Prior oversight of third-party service providers
