Looking for a Female candidate to fill the Digital Advertising Sales position in the Media industry, focusing on the Gurgaon/Delhi Market. As part of this role, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by promoting our digital advertising solutions to corporate and B2B clients, as well as maintaining strong connections with media agencies. We seek an individual who can bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic insight to help achieve our sales objectives.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and execute plans to achieve sales targets for digital ads in the North region.
  2. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to foster repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored advertising solutions.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in digital ad sales within North India.
  2. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  5. Strong negotiation skills to maintain robust business relationships.
  6. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
