This an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist having 4+ years of relevant experience recruiting in the Reinsurance domain.

Responsibilities
- Leading recruitment efforts for the Reinsurance domain.
- Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to identify top talent in the field.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Managing candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Coordinating interview processes and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and contributing to the development of hiring strategies to meet hiring goals efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelors and Masters in any domain.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Reinsurance and CAT Modelling hiring.
- Demonstrated experience in Reinsurance hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
