AVP/VP – B2B Sales & Partnerships - InsureTech – Mumbai/Bangalore (6 Years)
An exciting opportunity for a professional having 6 years + experience in B2B sales, business development, Strategic Partnership, B2B sales across BFSI industry- NBFC/Financing/Lending etc. Should working closely with CXO/Executive/Management level relationships for business development with Understanding of SaaS/APIs/Tech based business models.
Your Future Employer: A Fast growing InsureTech revolutionizing embedded insurance with its API based technology solutions offerings in the value chain of various industries ranging from e-commerce, retail, OTAs, NBFCs, MFIs, healthcare, and so on.
Identifying, preparing, negotiating, and finalizing deals, including the documentation of contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
Managing the business development pipeline and evaluating B2B opportunities, deals, and potential partners.
Launching business operations and expanding our company's products and services into new markets and geographies through our partners' ecosystem.
Ensuring sustainable financial growth of the portfolio through effective relationship management.
Developing proposals and solutions for both new and existing clients to optimize success rates.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Business, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams, on program launches, project management, and associated initiatives.
Contributing to the organization's thought leadership as a subject matter expert on Insurance/Assurance/Insurtech trends in the NFL space.
Attaining expertise in our company's products and services and understanding their position within the larger NFL ecosystem.
Conducting Market Research, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and Competition Mapping studies
Proven expertise in establishing and managing relationships at the CXO/Executive/Management levels to drive business development.
Proficient in P&L development, engagement planning, analytical problem-solving, and conducting client reviews.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), effective negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to extensively travel for business development meetings, industry conferences, etc., nationwide.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working independently to address organizational and customer needs.
Familiarity with SaaS/APIs/Tech-based business models.
Educational background: Graduate (Any); Post Graduate (Any).
