Sales Executive – Calibration & Inspection Services | Engineering Industry | 2–4 Years Experience – Vadodara
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of Calibration & Inspection Services across diverse engineering sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer engagement, and driving profitability through strategic market development.

Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets through effective sector-wise customer acquisition
- Generating leads and revenue by tapping into new customer bases via extensive field visits
- Analyzing market trends and customer demands to identify high-growth, high-value segments
- Focusing on profitability by targeting segments with better margins and improving sales mix
- Following up for payment and TDS collections as per agreed terms
- Contributing to operational improvement by actively participating in Kaizens and business excellence programs
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering or calibration service industry
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in payment follow-up and collection procedures
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
