Responsibilities:
Monitoring and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automations and data synchronization.
Collaborating with internal teams and external support to address complex issues.
Generating and presenting reports on campaign performance and insights.
Ensuring smooth execution and proactive problem-solving throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing automation or as a marketing analyst.
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo).
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
