Senior Lead/Senior Manager - C&B - 10+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

We’re hiring a Compensation & Benefits expert to support the implementation of the end-to-end Total Rewards strategy. If you're analytical, strategic, and passionate about creating impactful compensation structures, this role offers the perfect opportunity to lead initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location – Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

Responsibilities –

  1. Design and develop compensation structures and C&B policies aligned with business goals.

  2. Manage budgeting, salary increment planning, and bonus programs.

  3. Analyze compensation trends, perform benchmarking, and recommend solutions.

  4. Ensure compliance with Indian statutory benefits and compensation regulations.

  5. Support audits, introduce new benefits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements –

  1. 13-14 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in core India-based Compensation & Benefits.

  2. Hands-on expertise in advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting.

  3. Familiarity with PF, gratuity, statutory bonus, CTC structuring, and insurance.

  4. Experience in large service-based organizations (1000+ headcount preferred).
