Senior Research Analyst-Credit Research-2+ years-Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon
A role of SeniorAnalyst in Credit Research with minimum experience of 2+ years in all types of CLO transactions including new issue, and refinancing and most important building Financial models from scratch.
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Leading the execution of diverse transactions, including new issues and refinancing, supporting onshore team independently.
Driving financial modeling for new deals and portfolio updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Collaborating seamlessly with onshore analysts across multiple sectors for timely deal execution.
Monitoring quarterly earnings, tracking industry developments, and proactively contributing to client priorities and ad-hoc projects.
Regularly tracking any latest developments/event and flag key events to the onshore team
Requirements:
CA/CFA/Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, building capital structure and data analysis.
Experience in covering technology and business services sector would be an added advantage.
Excellent MS Excel skills (including advanced excel)
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
